1.Drink

Lie back with two slices of cucumber on your eyes. This is great for hayfevery or tired eyes.

Mix grated cucumber into natural yoghurt with salt and pepper for a cooling summer dip.
4. Snacks
Encourage children to munch on big chunks of cucumber to keep them hydrated
5. Sarnies
Add cubes to salmon or have alone in between bread. They taste absolutely gorgeous!
